Everything went very well and Dave was very thorough. My only complaint is with the "thermal imaging" I purchased for an extra $125. I really saw zero value from that and nothing about the thermal scans was included in the report. I'd suggest just using him for inspection and radon testing.

After installing the sump pump and battery backup sump pump, the installers failed to test them by putting water in the sump pit. The system has been bolted and sealed with acrylic caulk making it difficult to water test it now.
