"Absolutely great guys. They installed ceramic tile floor in bathroom and did an amazing job! They worked quickly and cleaned up very nicely when finished. My wife was home but when I got home floor was done already and beautifully installed. These guys are awesome and I will definitely use them again."

"I needed to add a handicap shower to an existing bathroom to accommodate my wife who recently suffered a CVA. I initially contacted a contractor for the remodel who was going to subcontract 2/3rds of the. My brother suggested that I search Home Advisor for additional contractors and I'm glad I did. I was very impressed with Mikes enthusiasm, his attention to detail and work ethic. He competed the job in 4 weeks rerouting pipes, creating a drain pan for a walk-in shower without a lip. The craftmanship he displayed in his ceramic work was outstanding. laying the tiles in a decorative pattern on the walls floor and ceiling . My wife's rehabilitations evaluation team were very complimentray of the work he had done. I am very pleased and thankful for his work and professionalism."

"Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided. I was nervous at first, because after they left the first day, the paint wasn't even and there was some paint on our tile. We called them back immediately, and then were very respectful and scheduled an appt for the next morning to fix the paint job. The next day, after the 2nd coat, the room looked amazing. They even got all the paint off the tile. They were very friendly and we will definitely be using their services in the future."

"Excellent - I ended up hiring someone to help with shopping and finishing piece - waste of time and money. Jill's service was by far the most useful and best value in my decorating process.

Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

Costs range from $5 to $15 per square foot for installation and $150 to $600 for repairs, depending on the material and complexity.

Installations typically take 1-3 days, depending on area size; repairs are usually completed sooner if the issue is localized.

Like glass tiles, you will not need to seal most porcelain tiles, particularly if the porcelain is already glazed. It depends on quality. Porcelain is very water resistant, but it is not 100% waterproof. To avoid staining, some homeowners use a penetrating sealer. It is also a good idea to seal your grout. Unless you use epoxy grout, grout is very porous and can harbor bacteria, mold, and mildew.

Yes, tiling a bathroom is a great way to boost your home's value, especially if you are replacing old or dated flooring. Adding a new tile floor can deliver a return on investment (ROI) of around 56.4%, with some projects offering up to 100% ROI. Buyers appreciate new tile because it provides a modern look and is known for being durable, water-resistant, low-maintenance, and easy to clean. For the best results and highest return, consider hiring a professional, as tiling mistakes can be very noticeable and detract from the value.

There are no unbreakable rules of design, but experts recommend against using large tiles in areas with poor subflooring where they’re more prone to cracking, in areas where the floor isn’t entirely level, over raised areas or dips, and in bathrooms where budget is the primary concern. The size of your bathroom shouldn’t be a reason not to use large tiles; in fact, larger tiles, also known as slab tiles, can be a modern and sleek choice for bathroom floors and walls.
