We had couches, a rug and armchairs cleaned, along with the fabric top of a hope chest. Not only did they do a superb job cleaning the furniture (the well-loved furniture looks and feels almost new!) but were kind, attentive, and extremely professional doing the job. Peter Lindstrom was a true professional. He was on time, explained was he was going to do and informed me what products he would use. I had many pet stains ( from a dog who had been very sick) I was very apprehensive that the stains could be gotten out of a very light color carpet. He worked and removed these stains. Very impressed! He also does window washing. He came back the next day and washed my windows and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Peter

My wife and I hired EXCEL IN SERVICE to clean some carpet in 2 bedrooms, carpeted stairs to the basement and 2 pieces of furniture. Paul was a fine representative of the company. He was kind, courteous as well as very knowledgeable in the field and explained everything clearly to us. The price was very reasonable and fit into the initial quote they gave us. Excellent work! My carpets look and smell brand new. Our Chihuahua late in her life had some accidents in some areas. With the humidity we have been experiencing the urine odor increased. It is gone! I have waiting almost a month later before giving my review in case the urine smell returned. Very happy with the thoroughness and the follow up via text and email.

These guys didn't just steam clean. They pre-treated and scrubbed. My son's room was gross. Now the carpet looks new. I am so impressed.

Very professional and courteous. Great job cleaning my large sectional couch and chair. They are completely refreshed and looking like new!
