"As mentioned in my review for their dryer vent coupon... you must watch the fine print!  My $199 air duct cleaning cost around $500 once completed.  I did expect an upcharge on this service but not quite that much.  Frankly, other Angie's List air duct services would have come in less with a more "honest" coupon price.  I doubt many customers will get the $199 deal without any upcharges.
Having said all that, the receptionist, Danella, was very courteous and responded quickly.  She was great with a last minute rescheduling due to our closing on our new house being delayed a few days.  The service people were professional and arrived on time as scheduled.  They appear to have done a good job.

"Jeremiah was excellent.  He came to my house on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule, gave me a accurate and beyond reasonable quote and scheduled/completed the work within a week.  During the install we ran into several problems which he took care of quickly without any additional cost/fuss.  He is an excellent person to work with and took care of me from start to finish.  Can't recommend highly enough; he's my go-to heating/AC guy from here on out.  He also does plumbing so... he can be your go-to person too for most issues!  Not sure where the very few negative reviews come from but anyone who isn't a pain in the rear will appreciate Jeremiah immensely.  Thanks again!

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.
