"Exceptional service. On time, polite, respectful, and upfront in regards to pricing. Main line completely clogged with year’s of built up tree roots. "The guys from Haines Drains were very polite and professional. They and did an awesome job removing roots from my sewer line and verified their work with a camera. They then followed up with steam cleaning and chemical treatment to prevent future root growth. Would highly recommend this company!"

"Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."
