"Last fall I bought a house with a gas fireplace, and during the inspection it was noted the damper was blocked. The inspector thought that there was probably debris in the chimney causing the blockage. So I hired Absolute Clean to unblock and clean the chimney. They found that the blockage was caused not by debris but by a piece of mortar protruding from the masonry. In fact the chimney had probably never been used even though the house was 47 years old. So it turned out that there wasn't really a whole lot of chimney sweeping to do as far as build-up, but there was a little debris which they cleaned out, and they checked it to make sure that it was safe to use. They showed me how to turn it on safely and gave me some tips on positioning the logs, and where to buy gas logs if I wanted a different look. Very nice fellows.

"Terry came out and gave us a quote.   He was able to get out and get the work done within 2 days of giving us the quote.    He was on time.   Worked quickly and did an excellent job.   His clean up was thorough, so that other that the work he did you could not tell he had been here.  
The job did not take as long as he had estimated so the final bill came in below the estimate.   He also gave us some tips on how to maintian the chimney.  
We will definitely be calling him again for any other mansonry work.

"John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. "John Paul was reponsive and prompt to do the inspection for the estimate.  After the proposal was accepted, the miscommunication and then complete lack of communication began.  I was unable to get any kind of schedule or idea of when the work would be done.  Finally after more than 3 weeks with no contact, I started the process of getting some new estimates and started to accept a proposal with another contractor.  The following morning John Paul called me to say he would be out that morning to do the chimney work, and that he would do the finish work the following day.  This was all very unexpected.
The work itself was done well and John was very nice.

"Great! Jon-Paul and Brian were great to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding hail damage and insurance claims. Both were very helpful with this process. The workers were very hard working young men. Very polite and professional. Before they started tearing the roof off, they covered both decks to protect our patio furniture. After the job was completed, they cleaned up everything. Looked awesome! My husband was also very happy with the job they did with the flashing around the fire place.
