No more gap at the bottom and air tight! the only problem I had, is after they left, I found damage to the new door around the hardware bolt exits were pieces of the door had been broken off. Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development.
