"I am very happy with the job Vince and his team did installing a ceramic/glass backsplash in my kitchen. It was a relatively small job, and I had difficulty getting contractors to call me back or show up to provide an estimate. Vince not only arrived on time for the appointment, he spent almost 30 minutes measuring and discussing what exactly I wanted done prior to providing an estimate. Vince was more expensive than some of the other quotes, but the quality of his and his team's work is worth it! For instance, there was one small section that Vince noticed during final inspection that he didn't like, so he redid it without my asking. He wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am! Vince and his team were friendly and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up the kitchen after each work day. It's obvious Vince cares deeply about his work and customer satisfaction. He noticed I was missing one piece of tile trim in my entryway, and he found a similar piece at Home Depot and installed it free of charge! I'd absolutely hire him for future jobs."

"Marcus was very communicative before job day. He came in person to see the rooms needing work so he could make a firm quote, and then returned the next day to complete the job. He and his co-worker arrived on time and worked very steadily. I requested 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, 1 large lower level tile floor scrubbing, and stairs sanding/staining. The job was finished in one day. The floor and carpets were very worn and needed special attention. They came out really nice, and the flooring was better than I expected."
