"I hired Vince to salvage my tile kitchen floor. The original installer botched the job and I was living with creaky tiles and crumbling grout for the past 4 years. Work proceeded with no firm price since the complete condition of the floor could not be determined until tiles were removed and the underlayment was examined. Vince only told me that his price would be fair and that I would be happy with the outcome. It was and I am. Vince was not through until he was sure I was satisfied. Beware of low quotes for tile floors. There seems to be several ways to cut installation costs without the resulting flaws appearing until months later."

He and his co-worker arrived on time and worked very steadily. I requested 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, 1 large lower level tile floor scrubbing, and stairs sanding/staining.
