"The project we hired the Patch Boys for was to do tape and mud for some new walls in our outbuilding. The work done was flawless. I would gladly hire them again to repair or finish drywall. The negatives and small to me but are worth mentioning: 1st, it took longer than expected. Not surprising, everything does. I would have liked some better communication about when the guy would be here and when it might be finished. Second, the guy who did the work spoke zero English. This didn't bother me much because drywall transcends language of course, but we couldn't ask him anything. I would still hire them again, just want people to know what we experienced."

After buying our first house, we wanted to make sure everything in the chimney was safe and working efficiently. Rob's inspection and estimate were very thorough and detailed. He clearly knows his stuff and didn't pressure us to schedule repairs right away. Mario and team did a full crown coat, put in two liners, and poured insulation. They also replaced duct from the furnace that wasn't venting outside fully. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. The manager, Toni, stopped by so we could settle up, and she's a sweetheart. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. J & P Brothers Landscaping is professional, friendly, responsive, hard-working and neat, and they do great work. We highly recommend them.
