(this is about the FVNorth team, Kevin's 630-248-6194) I don't recommend Kevin's guys. I painted 80% of my house by myself and had them come do the high peaks. Their portion is sloppy. I had to paint over their edging. They dripped a lot on my deck, they dripped a lot on my skylight, they dripped on my roof. We had to have them come back to attempt to clean up. They didn't clean the skylight and now won't answer our calls. I'll be using a different painter for the future jobs.

Their estimate was right on target.. They were finished with the job when they said they would be, and we were very happy with the finished project.

I am so happy! My experience with CertaPro from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Punctual and prompt with messages and quote from Kevin. Excellent color consultation with Susan. Jim and Mike did an excellent job on the repairs and the painting. They were courteous, flexible with my schedule, professional, incredibly prompt and did a very thorough job cleaning up. I used them to repaint a large bedroom with skylights and a tall stairway with an arched window. There was a wallpaper border that needed to be removed and a number of wall issues to repair (including a lovely knee hole from my now adult aged son). I was so pleased that I've already signed with them for a secondary project I will be doing in the next few months. Very happy customer! Thank you!!

Susan was wonderful in helping pick paint colors for my kitchen, a bedroom, a Jack and Jill bath and my Great Room. She was quite knowledgeable of colors and knew the paint brand colors backwards and forwards. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the colors I chose. As far as the painting itself, the four guys who tackled my huge job, did between an excellent and an outstanding job. I had to point out a section of my kitchen that wasnâ t done well and the head painter corrected it for me. Also there was a part of the bathroom that he had to go back and do. They did a great job in less than 2 days, but in some ways I think they might have rushed a little, hence the issues. I would recommend them, though.

Over all the work was good. They are very fast they do get in and out very quickly. They did our whole interior in 3 days. They did have to send someone back to redo a part of the powder room and one of the walls in the hallway. Which they did. If you're looking for someone to get in and out very quickly than this is the right place. Very nice people very easy to work with and very friendly

Great company to work with from the owners Kevin and Susan to the painters Brian ,Justin and the rest of the crew. Brain was fantastic in the way he went about how he was painting the house and treated my home like his Own. They were very clean and make sure everything was put away before leaving. Communication with the company was very good.

We have enjoyed the services of Kevin & Sue's team on several painting projects. Always a first rate experience with skilled,personable painters. The jobs had complicated aspects that were handled beautifully.

The owners seemed very professional, we talked in 2020, and ended up painting in 2021. Contract was for all surfaces to be primed, caulked and scraped as needed. Then two coats of paint for windows, trim around windows and doors. Some windows are wood, some are vinyl. I called Pella to verify they could be painted which they could be. What was contracted and was was done were two different things. Sanding and caulking. Ha! Nothing was caulked and most of the windows needed it. Priming? Primer used was STIX which is suppose to have a 24 hour dry time. All surfaces should have been primed, especially the vinyl windows. The paint is already peeling off the vinyl windows by just brushing a cloth over the painted vinyl in some spaces due to washing the windows. The guys used STIX on the wood windows then painted over it within a hour or two. Everything should have been primed on day 1 and left until the next day. I asked multiple times if I should open the windows so they would not be painted shut. Was told no. Guess what? ALL of my windows were painted shut, they came back to razor them open so now there are gouge marks everywhere. And there is damage to the weather striping on a couple windows. Every time I open them now they stick. Missed paint on the door frames so that it obviously looks like one coat was done. I hired professionals so it would get done right. Apparently I should have saved my $2500 and just made it my summer project. So I'm out $2500, and my summer project is now sanding down areas that are sticking, removing paint where it is peeling and priming it myself and repainting. I essentially paid someone money to make more work for myself. It all looked so good on paper.

We received a great product at a great price with no hassles. Can't beat that.

Jim and his crew did an awesome job with painting our kitchen cabinets and repairing our ceiling in two places. They kept everything organized and took time making sure the white cabinets were paint perfectly. It was a pleasure having this group of men in our home and making improvements for us.

They painted the exterior of our 1905 Victorian. It was a challenging project that the crew met with efficiency and hard work. The final result is a beautiful transformation of our home. Very professional job all around.
