The sub-contractors used are simply amazing, and seem motivated to do whatever is needed to keep Matrix and the customers happy. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out!"

The Surface Doctors is a Bathtub, Tile and Countertop Refinishing and Repair company. We serve all of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. All work is performed by our experienced and certified refinishing technicians.
"I hired The Surface Doctors because they could reglaze in something other than white. I chose Kohler ice grey. From the first email, gunnar was responsive and patient, explaining the process and the costs. There were no hidden costs, which is refreshing from a contractor. Everything promised was delivered. Jorge was on time, made sure my bathroom and condo were protected with plastic tarps and drop cloths, and gave me updates as he went along. The process is kind of smelly, but they even have an exhaust tube they run from the bathroom to a window so the fumes go outside. Jorge cleaned up when he finished and you honestly could not tell he'd been in my condo. The final product was gorgeous, and the price also included removing the shower door, a color, and adding slip resistance. Would I hire again? Heckie yes. Would I recommend? Heckie yes. BTW in reading other posts I discovered The Surface Doctors glaze other things like sinks and tile."
