I will definitely be booking an appointment again for poly leveling when the weather allows and have full trust that everyone I deal with will be just as great as Jim was!"

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

They did a very good job lifting one side of the garage floor without any cracks in the slab. Cleaned up everything at the end and the price was very good."

He made an appointment for 1:00 and arrived at 12:59, spent a great deal of time examining the MANY issues with our foundation, explained what was going on at ground level and below and gave me options regarding the extent of his work. He answered my many questions and quoted me a price that included more substantial repair work at a lower price than the 4 other contractors who provided estimates. His work was on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to help protect your home. PS He is a very pleasant young man and extremely easy to work with."
