In the end, they not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. Icon assembled a talented team to execute the building of our house. They selected a group of subcontractors that had the necessary talents and attention to detail to be able to execute the detailed design that we entrusted to them. The efforts of the subcontractors were carefully guided by our superintendent, Mike P. In the office, Shawna H. did a great job navigating our project thru the challenging City review process. We had several challenges during the project, and the Icon team dealt with them in a positive manner. "This was our second time working with Permeseal. Had a great experience the first time was they remediated four foundation cracks. This time, stabilized concrete steps that had pulled away from house, amd leveled out a sidewalk.. They explained the remediation effort and went to work. Very conscientious and true craftsmen."

"Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

I had 2 other window well drains previously installed by the prior owner of my home. Other companies wanted to talk me into things I did not need or want. They were prompt, completed the work with minimal issue and left the area relatively clean."
