You have my sincere apology. In January we launched a new Contact management software. To say that it has not gone well is and understatement. Literally as of yesterday I cancelled my contract with the company Improveit 360 which is the Contact Management Company. I am not making excuses, just explaining what has been going on. We are switching back to the software we used for the last 7 years. We had very little issues with customers being contacted multiple times and messages not being left on the old system. We are so pleased that the overall job went very well. We apologize for the perception that the price was high. It is strange, the add ons that people have no problem paying for on cars, like a $2000-$3000 sunroof, or an appearance package that adds on $40000. Everything that we add onto a roof, adds actural value to the home because it protects the home from water damage. Thank you so much for posting your review and for your detailed review. I apologize to this member for their bad experience. Everyone chooses to purchase products and services differently. Our sales people are not pushy but they are passionate. In 22 years, we have endless stories of customers that chose to go with a different company for many reasons, such as the sales process or the other company's price was lower. Very often those same customers contacted us later and said they wished they would have had our company install their work. Because the company that they went with was horrible. We are very proud of the rating and the reviews we receive from our customers. The customers that purchase from us and experience the quality of our products and services almost always rave about our company. We are very proud of this. Our manager was correct in that the best time to replace gutters is when the roof is being done. We use satellite imagery to measure roofs, because it has been proven to be the most accurate method available. This way we can give our customers the best most accurate estimate possible. Depending on the pitch of the roof, no one should be up on the roof unless they are tethered in which our installers would be. But, our sales people would not be. We apologize to this customer for the bad telephone experience. Our company does not and will not discriminate against any group of people, including women or the elderly. I would like to thank this customer for the very accurate review. We did have some challenges on this order as the product changed a couple of times prior to ordering. We ultimately were trying to utilize the best product for the application and we were trying to take care of the customer. The manufacturing time takes longer for that product line. I wish this member would have purchased from us. If they would have, I am sure we would have received an outstanding review. It looks like they liked our quality, but our price was more than they were willing to spend. This is unfortunate for all involved. Many of our salespeople talk with their manager from most of the appointments that they run, this is part of the checks and balance system in our company. Also, each customer decides for themselves, the quality of product or service that they are willing to pay for. That is the reason why there are discount products for some and outstanding products for others. Not everyone is willing to purchase the best quality products and services.
