They replaced with new water heater from their truck.  Completed all plumbing that was needed with copper tubing and added two shut off valves to help us out in the future with any plumbing problems.
The men that came out were very pleasant, quick and efficient.  They explained everything to us about the new equipment.

The appointment for the inspection was scheduled within 2 business days, the installation was done, within the week.  Not only did these Professionals install the furnace, condenser and air conditioner. They completely redid the venting of the furnace and hot water heater, moved the electrical and water lines in a more efficient route, and built a pad for the air conditioner complete with pea gravel  and substantial pad.  In my 35 plus years of ownership I have never been so happy with a contractor. "I had Azrikam Heating (Azrikam The Price Is Right Heating) out today replace a part on my hot water tank and to take a look at my HVAC. 1) I am a new customer and even with other calls Bernard still came out to service my home 2) there is no bs. Any other person would tell you replace a unit when a part goes bad and the unit is 10 yrs old but no. "They were good. They tried to fix our existing furnace, but could not because of a problem that was caused by a previous plumbing issue. On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!
J.
