"Canâ t say enough good things. I bought an old house with some small issues with water leakage. After a good rain we would inevitably at least have some water in the basement. After 3 years, I decided it was time to have a dewatering system installed. I received quotes from three companies, not only was PIVOTAL the best value but they also were very trustworthy and made sure I understood every step of the process. On the days of the install, the crews were courteous and extremely efficient. They completed my 800 sq foot basement in a day and a half and left the area spotless. It was almost a month and a half before our first rain and I was dying to see how it performed and it worked as expected. A few days later we got 10 inches of rain and I thought for sure even this new system wouldnâ t be able to keep up. The basement was dry as a bone and there wasnâ t even a drop of water. For the first time since Iâ ve owned my house, I have furniture set up in the basement and itâ s now another comfortable living space. Additionally, I know when I look to sell this house in a few years, that I will likely recoup my investment from having a water-free inspection. • US Waterproofing spent a considerable amount of time evaluating my worsening basement seepage problem and provided a very detailed drawing and description of the proposed work in addition to the cost estimate.  The work consisted of:

1. -the excavation of a trench around the perimeter of the interior of my basement, as well as a trench down the center
2. -the installation of a gravel bed and perforated pipe in the trench
3. -installation of a sump pump and connection to the drain pipes
4. -concrete patching of the excavated areas
5. -installation of gutter extensions to all of my gutters and burial of the extensions 10-15' away from my foundation.

The work took 3 full days.  The workmen were prompt each day, arriving usually around 8 am.  There was a crew of about 5-6 and they did a great job.  They cleaned up completely, took all of the debris that was generated by the job away with them, and were polite and responsive throughout.  I had to be away from home several times during the work and had no worries whatsoever about leaving the crew working while I was gone.
The whole process from estimate through completion was excellent, especially since water problems can be so stressful.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone having water problems in or around their house.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."
