"They do their job, and they never leave a mess! My gate was dragging, and they were there that day to fix it, I haven't had any problems since. They ensured to answer all my questions and were incredibly friendly!"

"Very pleased with the work they did. Very good communication between Justin, Derrick and myself. Did exactly what I asked with old fence and followed up on clean up! Would highly recommend them and use them again."

"My prior fence was here before I bought that house I have been here over 19yrs and the fence had to be at least 25 yrs, I finally broke down and went through Home Depot and purchased the fence on a 24 month zero interest, I live on a very tight budget due to disability from cancer and knee replacement. The guys showed up in July and it was one of the hottest days they worked so hard and they completed the job in three days between the raindrops. They did an excellent job. I also had the company send out another crew because their was a few things that needed corrected /adjusted like a nail here or their that missed the back board, no big deal the guys repaired it Andy sent out Roy and Gabe forgive me if I got your name wrong Roy. I got some bad news health wise today so my mind is not where I would like it at the moment. I should of had you write down your names...lol Both crews did a great job, they cleaned up behind themselves and were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I rated the value as great quality but money wise well every penny I can save helps and I had a big back yard it cost me alittle over $5,500 that was tear down and rebuild and haul away old fence. Today the took such good care of me they fixed an area I did not even see, I had a section of panel that was bowed and the wood had cracks in the pickets. The employee noticed it and replaced the area with new pickets. Thank God for sending qualified technician that know their stuff. This company is a family operated company and they really take care of their customers, Great Job, Guys! Thanks Again"

Fencing questions, answered by experts

In Pekin, consider scheduling fencing work if your fence is over 15 years old, shows repeated damage after storms, or if you’re planning major landscaping changes. Early spring and fall are ideal for installation due to milder weather and lower contractor demand. Booking ahead of peak seasons helps you secure a preferred timeline and reduces the risk of weather-related project delays.

Helpful?

Signs like leaning posts, widespread rot, or multiple unstable sections in Pekin often mean it’s time for new fencing. Minor issues, such as a loose picket or small rust spots, can usually be repaired. Watch for settling or shifting after heavy rain or flooding, as Pekin’s clay soil and proximity to the river can accelerate fence deterioration and signal the need for more extensive work.

Helpful?

The property’s soil type, slope, and landscaping in Pekin directly influence fencing plans. Clay soil may require deeper post holes and longer curing times, while sloped yards or mature trees can change the fence layout. Unmarked utility lines are common in older neighborhoods, and properties near the river may need improved drainage to prevent shifting or water damage over time.

Helpful?

Pekin’s cold winters, humid summers, and heavy spring rains all impact fencing projects. Winter frost can shift fence posts, especially in clay soil, while summer humidity increases the risk of wood rot. Spring is popular for installations but brings high demand. Choosing durable materials like vinyl or aluminum and inspecting your fence after storms or freeze-thaw cycles helps ensure long-term stability.

Helpful?

In Pekin, small residential fencing projects typically take 1–3 days, while standard backyard fences are usually finished within 3–5 days. Larger property perimeters may extend to 1–2 weeks. Factors like clay soil, weather delays, and permit processing can add extra days. Scheduling during peak spring months may also increase wait times, so booking early helps avoid seasonal backlogs.
