Chris, Tony and Austin showed up even though the weather wasn't even near ideal. They worked while it snowed , in the cold, and still did a great job. Very professional, and very polite. These guys were top quality people and provided a top quality product in an amazingly short time. I wish all companies acted like Peerless and their Bloomington, IL employees

My prior fence was here before I bought that house I have been here over 19yrs and the fence had to be at least 25 yrs, I finally broke down and went through Home Depot and purchased the fence on a 24 month zero interest, I live on a very tight budget due to disability from cancer and knee replacement. The guys showed up in July and it was one of the hottest days they worked so hard and they completed the job in three days between the raindrops. They did an excellent job. I also had the company send out another crew because their was a few things that needed corrected /adjusted like a nail here or their that missed the back board, no big deal the guys repaired it Andy sent out Roy and Gabe forgive me if I got your name wrong Roy. I got some bad news health wise today so my mind is not where I would like it at the moment. I should of had you write down your names...lol Both crews did a great job, they cleaned up behind themselves and were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I rated the value as great quality but money wise well every penny I can save helps and I had a big back yard it cost me alittle over $5,500 that was tear down and rebuild and haul away old fence. Today the took such good care of me they fixed an area I did not even see, I had a section of panel that was bowed and the wood had cracks in the pickets. The employee noticed it and replaced the area with new pickets. Thank God for sending qualified technician that know their stuff. This company is a family operated company and they really take care of their customers, Great Job, Guys! Thanks Again

The actual fence work has been good for the most part. The issue is we had requested a style of fence from their website. Unfortunately it wasn't until work began that the contractor was in no way familiar with that style and was in no way familiar with the options offered on the website. They also told us this would take 2-3 days to install and we are on day 9. While they have expressed they want to get the job done correctly, they also wanted it to be over and done with. I would not recommend them if a project is time sensitive.

Chris and his crew were great from tearing down my old fence and hauling it away to installing the new Vinyl fence. Fast and efficient, love my new fence! Thanks guys!!

Customer Service was great. They called to set up the appointment for the install when they said they would. The installation was completed within the timeframe I was given when I signed the contract. Thanks Sue and Chuck! The crew led by Chris was amazing. Replaced an old wooden fence with a new wrought iron aluminum in 1 day. The clean up was fantastic - the yard was in great shape when they were done. Chris did a walk-around with me and it looks great!! I am very impressed with the workmanship. Everyone involved at Peerless / IFFT Quality Fence was professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them all. Chris and his team went above and beyond by removing a large limb that was lost during one of our recent storms. That was a HUGE help and is very much appreciated.

Pay close attention to the bid contract that you sign. I had a $650 add on for what I thought was included.

Used good material. They are a big company that hire local contractors to do the job. Had to call and ask when I was getting installation. Wanted to push me off 2 more weeks longer. Took an extra day to finish the job. Higher your local contractor to do it for half the price.

The installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were completed. They installed the first part of our gate project. I have not heard when they plan on coming back to complete the gates. I understand that weather has been an issue. There has been zero communication initiated for this project. I had to reach out several times to get the first part scheduled

The crew was very friendly. Their work is excellent. The customer service is average, due to lack of timely response to my communications with them. Overall they were a good company to do business with.

This company truly lived up to its name. Far above and beyond their peers in this industry. Very professional, well-run business. Very responsive (always responded to emails and phone calls within one business day and answered every question we asked). They did the work they said they'd do, on time and on budget (and in the rain!!). Peerless!

The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable of his product. The installation was completed in a timely manner. The crew answered all my questions and explained exactly what they were doing. I am very happy with the pre stained wood fence.

The installation was quick and final product good. Customer service needs work, they forgot to call and schedue my installation but did not forget to cash my check. Communication between them and their installers could be improved. Would reccomend only because final product was installed above my expectations.

Did a great job. Was very impressed with how quickly the got the job done. They asked and then showed me what they were going to do and if I had any questions or changes in what they were going to do. They also did a great job of cleaning up and removal of my old fence. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new fence. The 25 yr warranty on the fence is also worth the extra money.

My parents hired Peerless for a new fence a couple years ago. I was happy to see Peerless was returned by my ServiceMagic inquiry. Overall, it was a great experience. It's been six months since the fence was installed. Appears to be a high-quality fence that will withstand the elements for many many years to come. The company's representative was prompt for appointment and answered all questions thoroughly. Installation was completed in one day (compared to most companies which require two days or more), and the installers were cautious to work around our underground sprinklers (no damage caused). I was quite impressed with Peerless Fence. The salesperson was very polite, helpful, and professional. I recieved several quotes, but chose a different company because of thier warranty.

My fence looks BEAUTIFUL! The initial sales person came out to look at our back yard and answered every question that I had. He helped us figure out what we needed to remove before the crew came to install the fence. The crew arrived promptly on the day of installation and went over where they were putting the fence and pointing out any potential problems. They finished in about 8 hours and we couldn't be happier with our new fence. The price was also very reasonable for the materials used (Copperwood, 5 ft picket). Thanks Peerless!!!!!

They did an excellent job. Showed up on time, were friendly and efficient, cleaned up everything when they finished. They even gave us an installation suggestion that made our fence look even nicer. We are very, very happy.
