Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."

"B&H came out and quoted me to repair 2 rooms of carpet and a hallway. Bedroom furniture needed to be moved and they was suppose to come out with 4 people to do the job. They came out with only 2 and only repaired 1 room and the hallway. They said they needed to collect the money for part of the work. They assured me that someone would be in touch and come out to finish the job. This went on for about 2 months. They would not return my calls until I posted on their Facebook page. They would then schedule a time to come out and never show up. I would wait all day and after several messages regarding an ETA they would send me a Facebook message around 7-8 at night saying sorry they weren’t going to make it out. This went on multiple times. They then said they would refund my money and Never did. They decided to block me from their social media page instead. Very unprofessional business."
