This first plumber routed out the sink, but that caused more backup down the line which he then referred me to a specialist that could pressure wash the entire line ($600.00). This may sound like a normal thing to do, however the line is only 15 feet long and is assessable from under the cottage (something my first plumber did not investigate). Cartenzo plumbing came out and replaced the poorly designed system with new pipe along with putting a bathroom sink back together and unclogging a toilet in another unit. We have many small rentals, and a tradesman that is willing to work quickly and efficiently on many small headaches is valuable to us.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

I was very pleased with the way the kitchen project progressed. The painters came first and painted walls and cabinets, then Kirt and Sean started their work. They installed a new wood floor with such attention to detail it was as though they were creating a work of art.
We had several unusual requests such as removing an oven from a stone wall and then changing the remaining hole into a built in bookshelf and designing a building 5 open shelves with decorative corbels and repurposing an unused closet into a pantry.
We were thrilled with the results,and the thing we appreciated most is they both kept telling us that the job was not over until we were perfectly satisfied with every detail; and they were true to their word! 

.Their prices were very reasonable and they were a delight to work with. Both Kirt and Sean were friendly, helpful and intent on pleasing.They were very punctual and reliable and at they end of the day everything was left neat and orderly.
I truly can't think of one negative experience we had with them.
