This may sound like a normal thing to do, however the line is only 15 feet long and is assessable from under the cottage (something my first plumber did not investigate). Cartenzo plumbing came out and replaced the poorly designed system with new pipe along with putting a bathroom sink back together and unclogging a toilet in another unit. We have many small rentals, and a tradesman that is willing to work quickly and efficiently on many small headaches is valuable to us.

I was very pleased with the way the kitchen project progressed. The painters came first and painted walls and cabinets, then Kirt and Sean started their work. They installed a new wood floor with such attention to detail it was as though they were creating a work of art.
We had several unusual requests such as removing an oven from a stone wall and then changing the remaining hole into a built in bookshelf and designing a building 5 open shelves with decorative corbels and repurposing an unused closet into a pantry.
We were thrilled with the results,and the thing we appreciated most is they both kept telling us that the job was not over until we were perfectly satisfied with every detail; and they were true to their word! 

.Their prices were very reasonable and they were a delight to work with. Both Kirt and Sean were friendly, helpful and intent on pleasing.They were very punctual and reliable and at they end of the day everything was left neat and orderly.
