A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”"

  • Rainwater collection and irrigation uses nature’s precipitation to water your lawn. This option might not be available in every area since semi-reliable rainfall is needed, though the barrels for this system can range from 15 gallons to 10,000 gallons or more.

Most modern sprinkler systems separate your lawn into distinct zones, each with its own sprinkler valve and multiple sprinkler heads. All of the zones run through the same controller.

Zoned irrigation systems distribute the correct amount of water to various parts of your lawn based on their sizes and watering needs. For example, a large grassy zone in the sun will have different watering requirements than a shrubby area in the shade.
