He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."

"Our wood floors are warped and I suspected that the refrigerator was leaking. The serviceman checked the refrigerator and dishwasher and confirmed that neither were leaking. But, unlike the plumber, he looked under the sink and saw that a pipe was leaking and fixed it as vest as he could. (He said the pipe would need to be replaced.) He also removed the dishwasher drum and cleaned it. I was very grateful!"
