"I had very bad experience with Alliance Repair. The technician was here two times did not find out what is not working properly with the refrigerator and did not fix the problem at all. He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."

"I would not recommend this company because of lack of professionalism. They installed an ejector pump in March. I requested a specific brand of pump, and he claimed that he was not able to find it. After three months, I called because the ejector pump was running non stop. I called before 12 noon and he said he would arrive before 3. At 3 I called several times. He text me saying he “could not rush and he almost got into a car accident”. I replied asking when I should expect him. I waited until 10 pm and never got a response or phone call back. I hired another plumbing company to resolve the issue."

Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. I have had other plumbers walk away from the repair or just wanting to do the band aide repair. Matt was able to replace the entire drain line above the ceiling. I watched him do the repair.
