"Robert and his crew did an excellent and efficient job.  The old material was removed in one day, and the area was cleaned.  All the old material was carted away.  The next day, the crew came back and started to replace all of the trim, fascia, and soffit.  The third day they finished replacing the gutters and downspouts.  The workmanship was excellent with great attention to detail. For example, one of the men made sure that a downspout was repositioned so that water would be diverted away from the foundation, unlike its original position.  The workers were very polite and responsive to questions.  We felt that the cost of materials and labor was quite fair.  The materials included over-sized gutters and downspouts.

"The craftsmanship is excellent. The time it took to finish the project exceeded expectations. The budget was also greatly exceeded. If possible, monitor and try to control the communications with the building inspector as they could inadvertantly steer you in the wrong direction. The primary reason for the negatives is that Roman had no experience with the product and the product creates many challenges for the carpenter/installer. Those negatives aside, the work outcome as I first stated is excellent. Roman is a stickler for measuring and doing things right all while learning the product on the job. The deck is beautiful."

He personally came back to finish the job (a few times) and was very pleasant about the whole situation and came back to finish the job, and when it was complete, it looked perfect!
