There were a few hiccups of not having the right size drillbit and tools since the awnings were atypical. But, Ivan managed to find the parts at ace and with some help from my neighbor, all was well! "I submitted a request and Gain Construction LLC only responded out of the 4 companies. We setup a date to come out and inspect the project and the materials I purchased. He gave me a quote and came out on the date I selected. He began demolition and then the reconstruction but found out the stringers I had would not work so went and purchased the required materials and cut them perfectly. Between him and his helper they got the project done that day and modified the original quote to reflect new charges for needed materials. They were very professional and did a great job with the project. I would recommend and use them for future projects."
