"They do great work! From puncutality to price, we will use no other company going forward. Since building a bedroom in our basement, we just had them back last week. We have/had a very small kitchen space in our typical 3 bedroom brick ranch in Chicago. We hired Pawel to remove the adjoining bedroom which we've converted into dining space. This included removal of two walls, reinforcement of two support beams, run electrical for canned lighting, install two other light fixtures, patch drywall and mend existing floors for a great flow. "The price was pretty good. They were pretty much on time when they came. 

This time around they weren't as detailed as usual. Usually they are very detailed with the clean out. This time they didn't clean up properly. The cement work didn't last even a year. Last time, it lasted a couple of seasons before crumbling. They left a hole in the wall, and did not tell me when they removed some shower doors. That caused some leakage in the walls. I was so frustrated.

They need to follow up. I did call them about something that wasn't done properly. Their response was to give me a credit the next time I used them. To me, they should've just come back to look at it. I did take pictures and sent it to them, but I never heard back from them.

I recommended them to my sister and the work was not great. She was a little disappointed as well."
