"Anthony and Rigo were very friendly, professional, and considerate. They were good about schedule notification and showed up on time. When they arrived, they explained what they were going to do very clearly. After performing their main tasks quickly and efficiently - with great concern for anything that needed to be moved and making no mess - they made a recommendation for another service based on the inspection. That service was well explained and made sense to do for the long term care of our chimney. I agreed, and they took care of it. We have used A-1 many times for fireplace set up and maintenance services, and this experience was very much in line with what we have come to expect from them."

"The chimney project went smoothly. The result of the initial work on the fireplace was less satisfying. Richard Olsen, the owner, agreed with me and had the work redone. "My experience was great. I had a table that needed to be assembled that sat in the box for almost 2 years. Steve arrived and had it put together in less than an hour. I should have called a lot sooner!! He also hung some hooks and other items that I was hesitant to do myself as I didn't want to ruin the wall with a drill! He was prompt, courteous, pleasant and called to let me know when he was arriving. It was carefree for me and I plan on using them again in the future, as soon as I get my latest projects together!"

"This organization is first class. If I could give them an A+, I would. I have had them out four times now and each employee is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and works fast and good. The last was on 12/12/19 to assemble an air hockey table. Kevin Anderson and his partner did an excellent job and even cleaned up and hauled all debris out.
