Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.

They wouldn't answer their phone, after I left several phone messages, even when I used different phone numbers to call them."
