She was very prompt in responding to my phone calls/text messages and kept me posted when she was running late due to traffic in downtown. The actual cleaning job was fantastic, my condo was vacant for a long time before I bought it, so it needed a really good cleaning. She came with a team of four others, they all spent good a amount of time cleaning everything possible. The bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom, all windows sills/panes were spotless, fans/ducts/light fixtures were all wiped and cleaned. Did a fantastic job in the kitchen that I actually wanted to cook/eat there. I have never cleaned anything that well myself. After they left, my new place felt like a real home for the first time after I bought it.

There was still a little dust in the kitchen, and there was a little stickiness on the kitchen hood. A couple of stains were on the floor too. They were a little slow at the beginning, but near the end they sped up."
