"My one word description: wow. My husband called the experience life-changing. I read the descriptions of Flor's on Angie's List and wondered how it could be as good as described. The job they did wasn't as good -- it was better. I decided to contract with a cleaning service after weeks of having the best of intentions to deep clean our condo. I called and the answering machine said that Flor's was not taking new clients, but I decided to email on the chance they could come for one day. Elliot, the son of the founder, got back to me within 24 hours to say they would be able to come on a Saturday. He provided a list of services they do as part of a routine cleaning and answered questions I had about the oven, refrigerator/freezer and blinds. He was very clear about the hourly costs, and gave us an estimate of how long he thought it would take. Once he saw the condo, he said it would take another hour to do what we wanted, which was fine because we wanted to do this once and get the job done right. I had solicited bids from other companies and Flor's was mid-range. I decided to go with them because of the positive reviews on Angie's List and other message boards. We set up a time, and Elliot called the day before to confirm and to see if they could start one hour later. That worked better for us. Elliot and his two-women crew arrived promptly. Elliot did a walk-through, asking us about preferences for products (pledge or no pledge on certain pieces of furniture?). He gave us his cell number in case we had questions and the women went to work. These two women cleaned every inch of our condo. It was unbelievable how clean our condo was. There was not a piece of dirt on the floor - and we have wood floors and lots of wood trim so it gets dusty easily. The kitchen sparkles. This was worth every penny. Thank you!"

There was still a little dust in the kitchen, and there was a little stickiness on the kitchen hood. A couple of stains were on the floor too. They were a little slow at the beginning, but near the end they sped up."
