The service provided by Bill and Linda from start to finish is impeccable. I have used them on 2 separate occasions. From start to finish they were very responsive, professional and all around great to work with. They came to my house and consulted with me on type of window covering that best suited my needs as well as pattern/color that best matched my decor. It was very helpful to see a sample of the exact window covering in my room to better judge how well it matched as well as to gauge the light filtering/blocking affect. The prices they provide are very competitive and I really appreciate that not only do they consult but they measure and install too. I will continue to use Image Custom Blinds as I replace older blinds.

Bill and Linda of Image Custom Blinds are truly exceptional. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! My mom found them on Angie's List ten years ago for my brother and his wife's new home, and my family was 100% satisfied with the job they did. When my husband and I moved into our new home, we were in need of window treatments. I immediately knew who to call, and I am so glad I did. Bill and Linda came to our home and took the time to show us our options in terms of window treatments (i.e., types of blinds, color options, prices, etc.). Once you choose what you are interested in, they take measurements of your windows and place the order for the window treatments to be sent directly to your home. Upon receiving the treatments, another appointment is set up for installation. Installation is fast and efficient! I took a half day off from work, thinking that would be needed--but Bill and Linda were in and out within an hour! The job was done perfectly, and our window treatments look amazing. Bill and Linda are knowledgeable, professional, honest, dependable, and dedicated. It is obvious that they take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. Moreover, they are a joy to deal with and easily accessible by phone and e-mail. My entire family refers to Bill and Linda when in need of window treatments, and we have told all our friends about them as well. It is important to note that I have perfectionist tendencies with high standards and expectations, and I can say with absolute certainty that Bill and Linda go above and beyond the call of duty. After I had windows replaced some of my blinds wouldn't go back up. I called Image hoping I could have someone give me an estimate in the next two weeks. They called me back very quickly and fit me into their schedule that week. I explained what I wanted and they gave me ideas and suggestions on how to accomplish my goals. When the blinds were delivered, they came out promptly to install and did a great job. I was so happy with the results I ordered blinds for additional windows. The installation on those was just completed and I am just as happy with the results as the first time.

Bill and Linda are top notch. If ever I need window treatments again, I will call them without any hesitation. Both gave excellent advice and asked the right questions to make sure we made a good decision on shutters and blinds for our home. Everything was installed beautifully and they cleaned up the work area afterwards. On top of it all, they are very kind and fun to work with.

I found it so convenient and pleasant working with them that I had them measure and install new shades in all the bedrooms also. Even asked them to go to my daughter's home in Chicago and measure and install shades for her dining room and kitchen. They make a great team together, are always prompt and always have a smile. I was looking for new shutters on my bedroom window. I called some of the big companies. This is a husband and wife that have their own business. They are about a half an hour away. I called them and they were wonderful. My son has had his whole new house has been done by them. Not only did they give me a fair price but they installed them. They were shutters for my bedroom. They came and installed the shutters. They came in the evening because they were busy during the day. Their price was in the ballpark of the others, I called two other ones. The others were blind companies that are advertised on tv or ads in the newspaper. I called them and I was just another customer. They came late but not IMAGE CUSTOM BLINDS INC, they were perfect. They came out like one to two days later. They measured and gave me an estimate. They told me exactly what I was going to get which is exactly what I wanted. They did the installation themselves. They are charming people who really knows their business and they  are honest as the day is long. For my son, they did shutters in one room and shades in the others and they did them all. 

Bill and Linda did an excellent job, starting with the in home consultation and ending with a professional installation. Very knowledgeable and professional team. Very nice people to work with.
