The third company that came out was Gerlyn Services. The owner Angel came out and looked at the furnace and Angel quoted $40 more to fix the Boiler than what the 4th company was quoting to charge just to come out and look at the Boiler. I thought Angel was joking. He wasnâ t. The company owner Angel came out at 10 a.m. with an employee and had the boiler up and running in nearly under hour! Angel had the house warming up before he left and Angel fixed a potential leak too. 5 STARS FOR ANGEL!!!"

Chris was able to work with what we wanted, was a great communicator every step of the way, and was flexible when things out of anyone’s control happened without changing the budget. Our deck is elevated and the new one feels so secure and safe. We also have gotten complements from family, neighbors, and strangers walking by. We inherited an old, questionable deck so we didn’t spend much time out there. But now it’s honestly extended our living space. Would absolutely recommend."

"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

"I told him the chores that I was wanting to be rectified. These were lights, fan in two bathrooms. Decisions for ceiling lights, under the counter lights updated, using existing cut spaces to fit the updated lighting. Checked all electrical outlets for appropriate wiring. Same with existing ceiling fans, wiring appropriately. Sanded, primed and painted the ceiling joists that were not taped but caulked incorrectly by a previous handyman. Discussed fixing many cracks in the ceiling throughout the open concept for 3 rooms. He sent me an itemized quote for all items . Also redid 5 ceiling lights with new lighting electric boxes. Will be discussing a choice of floor for a home on a slab. His work is thoughtful, compliant for coded work. He is nice, respectful, and descriptive to his work status and work status.
