"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"These guys are amazing! They took a concrete pad, cut it in half and raised one section to create a step. This allowed for easy entry into our building instead of a high stair. Secondly, they leveled a 50 foot long span of sidewalk where each section tipped a different direction. It was a mess and they made it smooth and hazard free."

"I needed the sill plate and rim joist replaced, sister in the joist in the front of our house. They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. He asked me if I had questions as he worked. Everyone in the crew where so considerate. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. He did take the time to verify the situation in the crawl space to make sure a dehumidifier would be the right and only necessary approach for my homes crawl space. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
