"I had been having trouble with my salt cell not reading the salt levels properly and I couldn't figure out the cause so I had Precision come and check my system and Ethan diagnosed the problem right away and had the problem resolved very quickly, I am very happy with the prompt and professional service. "They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
