They remodeled my bathroom and I'm very satisfied with their service; I definitely recommend them.

The porch needs a lot of extra repairs done to it. The problem is that we never knew how much this total porch was going to cost. The roof needs many more screws so we don't have to worry about it leaking,. As it sits right now we're going to have roof problems. There is also a problem with the under layment & over layment,. The heating pipe is not right also. It should be orange so people know it's a hot pipe. Atrium Concepts also have no concept of time. He said he would be at our house a certain time & never showed up or wouldn't text or call. Every time we turned around he was always wanting more Money. He also did not clean up our yard from all the concrete he broke up. I will not recommend this company again. We are very dissatisfied with the work he did.

Absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. They built the slab to 8 inches and installed a herringbone pattern for the composite decking and framed out the walls for my greenhouse.

Measured out my house gave it a wraparound deck but the fascia they made a gold like the roof.

The guy set it to start on Saturday at 8 am. He came in on Friday and took pictures and left. He or his crew never showed up again and when I called him four times the message I got was this phone is not available try later. I texted him and not response,I emailed him no response. This is now Sunday and still no response. So I told him to forget the project and I would not recommend the company.

Sergio came in and framed up walls to support my pinching joists and finished our basement and 2 weeks.

They came in and measured, gave me the sq ft and helped me order materials and facilitated the roof off. The vinyl looked amazing.

Its a very long and sad story. Eventually the city inspector was called we stated that no permits were pulled for this work and it needs to be redone. The city inspector, a licensed contractor, (a friend recommended when I told her what happened with Atrium Concepts), and a licensed plumber all agree that the work was not done to code and needs to be completely redone. I have also filed a fraud dispute with my bank regarding this matter.

They did a fantastic job renovating our multifamily complex, Along with that, they also did trash removal and helped us with finding a cleaning vendor! Atrium concepts is the best!!!

Demo. The workers didn?t complete the job completely; they left half of the border molding and painted over it. Painting. They were tasked with painting the basement walls and floor, as well as sealing all visible cracks and removing floor tiles. They sprayed-painted the walls without scraping flaking old paint and sealing the cracks. Once dried, the walls were unevenly painted and sprayed areas that should not been painted. They painted the entire floor still covered with small pieces of tiles. Bathroom remodel. Shower wall tiles not even or squared Final walkthrough. Didn't happen due to basement floor wet. Sergio showed up and wanted final payment. I told him he would have to come back when the floor is dry. The following morning, I found the basement in the state I identified earlier in my comments. After expressing my concerns with Sergio, he agreed to fix the issues. the following day I received a text from him; stating his services was done and terminated our contract.

I knew Atrium when they were just working out of there brothers house and they installed my church friends 4 seasons windows. But they did my composite deck 20x24 in 4 days. If tou are looking for herringbone pattern deck with a amazing detail and great friendly environment look for this company. I already have in the works for Atrium to install all new sidingnnext summer. One of the best companys to start here in the QC
