"Mike did a great job on our carpets! He was very personable and knowledgeable. Our carpets look amazing. He was able to remove a few stains that we had and the carpet dried incredibly fast! "They would not clean and dust the way I requested. I prefer dusting with slightly damp cloth. Then everything is clean. Not pushed around. Same for blinds. Many items missed. A large dent was in my plaster wall because they leaned a metal ladder against a different wall and it fell against a corner and taking chunk out of corner and then fell down and de Ted solid walnut special trim. I specifically asked them to be extremely careful to not hang vacuum against the woodwork and they did."
