"Fantastic company!! Excellent customer service! I had three Anderson windows that had rotted wood at the bottoms. I was devastated since I was putting my house on the market. I was referred to Paul the owner from a mutual friend and I couldn't be more ecstatic. They ordered the sashes and Paul kept me updated on the arrival. When they arrived on Friday Paul himself came out on Saturday to install. We had an open house that next day!! He really went the extra mile for me and I will be forever grateful. From beginning to end such a great experience doing business with them!! I would highly recommend to friends and family! God bless you on a job well done!!"

A miscommunication ultimately led to offense being taken, and he abruptly discontinued work via text without notice to my surprise. Disappointed though I am, I?m thankful for the work he was able to do and wish him all the best as I start the process again to secure another handyman for my remaining items and to have on hand for regular maintenance in the long term.
