"Eric was responsive from the initial call. He was able to come address our issue the next business day. We had a series of canned lights go out in our 6 year old home. We also had a doorbell that was not working. Eric took a stepped approach to solving the problem in order to minimize impact on our home and ensure we were fixing the root of the problem.
