We first opened our doors in Jerseyville Illinois in 2015. We then started our Bonita Springs, Florida location in 2022. We are excited to serve this amazing community! OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE: a backdrop for your memories through property transformations; an exceptional customer experience as we strive to show Christ's Love in all we do; and a family atmosphere for our employees that fosters unlimited growth!

1:16 Lawn care quickly stepped in when a company I used for years let me down; and didn't seem to care if the contractors showed up or not. I love that I can communicate with 1:16 in multiple ways; and get a quick response. They also sent me before and after photos, upon request, and that gives me peace of mind since I live in another state.

"Hi Shannon! I am sorry for your bad experience. I know your yard was extremely tall, due to it being the first mow of the season. We did have to charge double which you knew about ahead of time. We also do not allow our mowing crews to clean out landscape beds as bad as yours were. We were under the impression it would be a quick trim job but the team Informed us the landscape crew would need to come back out to get it cleaned out properly. We did refund you all of your money back for the misunderstanding the following day. Sorry again for your bad experience and the misunderstanding. Best of luck in the future."

These guys are awesome, from the office manager to the estimator! Steve came by and I let him know what I was wanting to do! I explain some issues I was having and he told me why I was having the issues and an easy way to fix them! It took a few months to get started, but it was so worth it!! . They completed the work in less than a day Steve actually came and did the work with another gentleman. My landscaping is exceptional and it looks great. Even my neighbors complemented it and I canĂ¢ t wait for them to do more work for me! I even recommended them to my parents and they were extremely happy with the work that was completed at their home!! Very professional, hard-working and customer service driven. I will recommend 1:16 lawn care to everyone!

My landscapers were very professional and very courteous. I was very happy with the finished product. 1:16 Landscaping must be a pretty busy company because it took a couple of months on the waiting list! But it was worth the wait.

The job was quoted at $4900 but ended up costing me $7,500. One of their employees is their *estimator* who grossly underbid the job. They brought the wrong materials to do the job which doubled the cost for labor as I tried to figure out how to use the materials they brought. The workers did a good job on the installation. Customer service was very poor; at one point the owners wife was screaming at me on the phone. I just learned that my neighbor fired them from her job because again they installed the wrong material.
