"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. Will use this company again to get the rest of my windows done."

They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. Devan walked us thru all the material literally showing me each item that would be used and explaining to me how it would help and the purpose it served. Then he amazed me more when he asked if he could go into our crawl space. He did a very thorough inspection even showing me pictures of some of the problem areas.
