"The previous owner I bought the house from concealed the rotten windows and the home inspector my realtor recommended did not mention that the windows need to be replaced. 5 years later, water started to come into the house and I learned that not only I need windows, but my house susteined significant damage. I looked for a local company willing not only to replace the windows, but to fix the potential damage as much as possible. Not a same day or 2 days replacement company that will slap the new window in the rotten frame but someone willing to replace a rotten stud or seal. And I found Travis that made me an excellent impresaion- honest, knowledgeable and surprisingly, not pushy. After an initial quote I let it sit for about 2 weeks until I decided and except an email asking me if I have more questions...which I had -about 10 of them lol, he let me decide. In 4 weeks his team was already on site. Now his guys are the best. I had Adam and Rafal installing my windows and oh, my , when they opened the walls I was looking in disbelief at the rotten wood. They were able to replace all that rotten wood including wood studs, top and bottom seal, joists, etc and make the window casing look like new. Most companies either walk away or cover the rot but these guys were absolutely amazing. Every detail was adressed and every concern was answered. And I was not an easy customer because I was over concerned and watched everything they did, asking a bunch of questions. Yeah, that kind of a customer. What can I say. There are a lot of windows companies but these guys standed apart being able to handle this complex and challenging project. Highly recommended, a company that stands apart through the quality of work and professionalism."

"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. Will use this company again to get the rest of my windows done."

"Excellent. Kevin figured out the problem with the sliding patio door quickly considering you couldn't visually see the Christmas Decoration that somehow got trapped under the sliding door. He also fixed a crooked sliding closet door and rubber weatherstripping on an interior garage door. He was fantastic and will use him again. No doubt!"

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! "Home Genius Exteriors is amazing! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. Every person I have met throughout my project has been a dream! I honestly believe they care as much about my home and doing what is best for me and my family as I do. I highly recommend! Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"I honestly can recommend Arek to anyone. He's an honest, on time and reliable contractor. What was especially important to me ,was how clean they left my project. I had brand new landscaping installed and to my surprise it was left untouched. I couldn't find any trace of debris, after they were done. Other aspect is the way how flashings and other important but less visible aspects were addressed. Prep is extremely important part of any successful project. He used quality material that are superior to what most roofers use. He also took care of my insurance claim and as a result the project went very smooth. I am a general contractor and work with a lot of contractors. I can surely say that it was a very good experience to work with him. There are many guys who just work, but some take pride in what they do. I always look for people from the second group...."
