"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"We have a 1920s bungalow with a cinderblock foundation and routine seepage issues.  Interior drain tile was also an option but with a partially finished basement, I think ultimately would have been more expensive after putting walls back together, etc..  And, personally i'd rather stop the water before it enters the house.  I felt as though i was getting the "cookie cutter" solution from the other highly rated angies list waterproofers and they definitely like to nickel and dime on their expensive battery backup systems.  Chuck spent a considerable more time at the house, didn't give us the BS sales presentation with all of the pamphlets, gave us a timely quote, and ultimately just made us feel the most comfortable.  
The job went very well and I wouldn't hesitate to use High Tech for additional jobs in the future.  Chuck is very professional and responsive, easy to work with.  It took a while to coordinate with the excavator which is subbed out, but we were in no big rush and everything worked out great.  The job took four days.  We've had some heavy fall rains and not a drop of water in the basement.

"Maria from Lawncare Plus was one of three contractors we brought by to give us a quote on the paver patio system.  After an Angie's List coupon, her price was maybe $100 above another contractor who's specialty was not necessarily patio installation.  Given that Lawncare Plus specializes in these types of projects, I felt confident going with them. 
After signing a contract, Maria took care of permitting; once the permit came through, her crew was ready to start.  One minor hiccup was that the crew left a pile of concrete debris in the driveway without informing us, but her crew came back out to move the pile so the wife and I could access our garage again.  After two and a half day's labor, the patio was installed, and the final product was quite pleasing to the two of us.  There was another slight mixup on the back end where we accidentally overpaid, but we eventually received a refund. 
The two minor issues led to a slight deduction in "responsiveness", but the patio looks great and the price was totally right!

"I only have good things to say about this company. I was contacted minutes after I requested a quote. The repairman came out the next day and gave me a quote. I also got a second quote from another company. I went with Concrete Correctors because their quote was slightly higher, however, they would take the job to completion which included restoring the drywall which is now ready for me to paint. The worker was clean and efficient. Additionally, he did a plumbing job for me for a good price and once again he did a great job. I will add this company to my Rolodex and recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done."
