"We had 2 different painters. One for the inside work and one for the outside work. Both men were extremely polite, very professional and excellent painters. The shed had some rotted wood that needed replacement. Not only did they do a good job replacing the wood bt they caulked around all of the joints. If the original builder would have caulked the joints maybe the wood wouldn't have rotted so fast. When the work was completed the owner (Juan) came by to make sure everything was completed to both our satisfaction and his standards and repainted any flaws he saw."

"I now know this company is 100% just openly committing fraud. they sales person will tell you they do everything right that they will strip everything down to the studs and put up all new water barrier then install their patent 100% water proof panel that will last a life time. in reality their contractors have confirmed the NEVER tear down the previous water barrier unless they see water damage. they threw the walls over 35yr old green board so the panels do not stick and are not level. On top of that their contractors confirmed these are just your normal every day acrylic panels you get at home depot for $800-1500. They initially quoted me $16,000 for the job but because it was black friday and other deals they lower it to $9000 but I had to decided on spot if they walked out of the house it jump up to $16000. $16000 to rip out your old panel and throw up a normal everyday acrylic panel. Seriously dont just walk away from this company RUN!!!!!!!!! dont given into their fraudulent and predatory sales tactics. I am looking into all legal options to avoid paying for this fraudulent rush scam they are trying to run. I will never ever do business with this company and you shouldn't either"

"This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. You will end up project managing their employees, if they show up. I have brought my issues with the Atlanta Dealer up with the home office of BCI and they don't seem to care either. I have no confidence in the installation since the shelving they put up fell off of the wall. They were installed by the same technician that installed our new shower. They called me to schedule someone to come out to fix the shelving that fell off the wall and I could hear one of the Managers screaming in the background to "get this B*@*H off his back", he was referring to me! I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business."
