BCI Acrylic Bath Systems Inc

This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. You will end up project managing their employees, if they show up. I have brought my issues with the Atlanta Dealer up with the home office of BCI and they don't seem to care either. I have no confidence in the installation since the shelving they put up fell off of the wall. They were installed by the same technician that installed our new shower. They called me to schedule someone to come out to fix the shelving that fell off the wall and I could hear one of the Managers screaming in the background to "get this B*@*H off his back", he was referring to me! I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business.

This company is fabulous. They manufacture and provide excellent bathtub and shower enclosures and train installers. When we had a very bad experience with a contractor using their materials and could not get the job completed correctly, we mailed a letter to BCI Acrylic Bath Systems explaining what happened. I didn't expect to get an answer, I just wanted to make them aware that their bath enclosures were being badly installed which would reflect on their company. Even though the job was not performed by their company but by a contractor, they responded immediately, inspected the work and worked with us to get the shower enclosure completed to our satisfaction. All their staff were extremely helpful and their shower enclosures are just beautiful. The person who reinstalled the shower who was one of their trainers, was extremely professional, courteous and did a great job. I would recommend their acrylic bath systems to everyone - just make sure that  you deal with a contractor who has completed training at BCI Acrylic Bath Systems.
