Frozen pipes on air return for a furnace. Diagnosed immediately and corrected the problem within an hours time. The associations maintenance company threw up their hands and another plumber said no Mas. They jumped in and fix the problem. Very satisfied

One of our two furnaces did not seem to be turning on, we'd wake up and it would be freezing. We called on the coldest day of the year and they sent Jason out that day (I was not expecting they would be able to come out that day!), explained the situation and Jason did some testing and cleaning and our issue was resolved. Thanks for saving the day! Jason also let us know about a future concern with the motor, but it wasn't anything that needed to be done that day. That will help us budget for the future. We have been using Franzen for over 7 years. Luckily we haven't needed to use them that often, but when we did, Tony and his team have ALWAYS been courteous, informative, fair and professional. We replaced our furnace yesterday and his team of 3 guys were all that and more! They paid attention to any small mess they made and quickly cleaned it up; took time to answer every question and provide insight; worked well together professionally to get the job done. All of this AND we got a very fair price! We would highly recommend Franzen.

I had to replace 2 AC and 2 furnaces. Tony and team were awesome. Very consultative and steered me to the best solution. Jason, led the install team and did aspetaular job. I needed a slight adjustment to one of the blowers and they came right out.

PERFECT!! Eric was awesome . . . polite, courteous, knowledge, on time, and HONEST. He easily could have charged me for the motor and module, but didn't. I have used other HVAC companies in the past who have tried to sell me unnecessary parts, and even tried to convince me that I needed a new furnace/AC unit. But not Eric. He was HONEST, and repaired only what was necessary. He embodies the qualities that a person should have . . . honesty, quality work, and pride in a job well-done. This is the first review I have ever written, and did it because I was so impressed, and because it was well deserved. I will ALWAYS use Franzen for my HVAC needs, and would highly recommend them to others. If you want it done right, call Franzen HVAC!

The crew did a great job. They made sure it was done properly by correcting the pitch of the vent pipes and ensured they were properly secure. We've used Franzen Heating and Cooling before and they always do a thorough job at a reasonable cost. Based on their demeanor, you can tell they're not out to cheat you in any way. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

This was our first experience with this company. The team was punctual and thorough in detecting the issues. The furnace stopped working in the middle of the night it was 11 below zero. Tony sent a guy first thing at 7am. The worker found the inducer motor was running hot and left to get a replacement part. Once replaced he discovered one of the switches was not working properly. Another worker came with the replacement switch and helped to install. The furnace is now working fine. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and do good work.

It went very well. The service tech answered our questions and provided additional information as well.

They came out right away and looked at the existing air conditioner and also the furnace in order to give us an estimate on new units. The air was not working at this time and it was 90 outside with a heat index of 99 (in the house it was 80 degrees. They checked the air and confirmed that it appeared to be a slow leak. Without even asking they tried to and charge it to the point where it would hopefully last us through the rest of the summer because it was so hot out. It held and our air was temporarily restored. They truly went above and beyond! We also did receive the quote and their prices are very competitive. Also in talking with other heating and cooling companies, they also say that Franzen does excellent quality work.

We decided to buy a new furnace and A/C but the technician went ahead and added refrigerant (we were not charged for it) to the old A/C to help keep the house cool until we could schedule an installation date. We also got a "free" thermostat as part of the deal. Franzen technicians showed up on time. Both technicians were very polite and respected our home. They cleaned up when the job was done.

The techs (2) did the inspection and corrected the leaking condensation drain pipe. I would have expected that they would vacuum and/or clean out the internals of the enclosure (which is what other HVAC people have done for me in the past), but they did not. The guys were polite, punctual and expeditious, so overall I'm satisfied with their work.

Everything went well.  Extremely professional team from the initial contact to meeting the owner to the team that did the actual work. Price was exactly what was quoted.  They were in and out of our house quickly and everything went extremely well.  We definitely will work with them for the AC job next. If only the same people owned an auto mechanic garage!

The service went fine , they were on time and cleaned up after themselves (for the most part - 97%).  Overall very happy with the service and the heater in the garage which I've already gotten great use out of.  Reasonable price and would use them again no problem.
