"Well , I would give it a zero star if I could. We scheduled an appointment after we spoke with one of the representatives at our local fall festival. He seemed great and we are in the market for replacing our windows and siding. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday at one PM. They called on Friday and verified the appointment for the following day. One o'clock came and went and at one thirty I called the business and was transferred to an answering service. The third party answering service was great and she took down our name and information verified our contact number, email, and address and said they would forward it onto the company and someone would be in touch. Two days later and no contact. The company was a no call no show for the appointment that they had verified the day before! Zero professionalism, respect, or regard for potential clients with a decent sized job! Grateful we dodged that nightmare before it started!"

Other work was an alleyway between that garage and my main garage along with a landing from my main garage and having to match up to the ramp up to house along with driveway pavement. "Harold is very nice however I would not recommend him to anyone based on how my bathroom was left. I chose white tile with black grout. When he left he informed I would need to “wipe the haze” off the tile in a couple hours. I went upstairs to find a complete mess. There was more than a haze. I was up there for 3 hours cleaning and wiping and taking a straight razor to try and clean up the crooked messy grout. To say I was livid is an understatement. I truly wish I could leave pictures to show what I was left. Absolutely looks like an amateur did our bathroom. The grout lines are so uneven. In some places there is no grout. It looks awful. This is second contractor in southern Illinois we have been disappointed with."
