"Griffin HVAC from the beginning of my consultation has been professional. They arranged an initial meeting within 72 hours of me calling them. They listened to my needs and provided me a realistic estimate for a new furnace. After I signed my contract for a new furnace, they scheduled the installation within one week. They actually were going to come and replace me furnace within 48 hours of me signing the contract, but my schedule worked to have them come in the following week. Griffin installed my new furnace within one business and when I came home, I felt the warm from the new HVAC system. I would recommend Griffin HVAC to anyone who is seeking a company who will listen to customers needs, provide good review products, timely and efficient service."

"Bad Service!!! Very unprofessional. We had a service call on a broken washer and the tech was only here for 10 minutes and mis-diagonised the machine which cost us more time and money. We tried to work it out with them and have them come back out and they would not even come out again! Still charging us for service call. Very bad business and please do not use them. Sad when companies like this take advantage!"
