Griffin HVAC from the beginning of my consultation has been professional. They arranged an initial meeting within 72 hours of me calling them. They listened to my needs and provided me a realistic estimate for a new furnace. After I signed my contract for a new furnace, they scheduled the installation within one week. They actually were going to come and replace me furnace within 48 hours of me signing the contract, but my schedule worked to have them come in the following week. Griffin installed my new furnace within one business and when I came home, I felt the warm from the new HVAC system. I would recommend Griffin HVAC to anyone who is seeking a company who will listen to customers needs, provide good review products, timely and efficient service.

Griffin was very responsive to my request for a quote. They did the system analysis and provided the quote quickly. Their quote was thousands less than another vendor for same brand of system. The system was installed the following week in one day. I have no concerns with the system or the installation.
