I was very pleased with the floor installation and refinishing. I wasn't pleased with being lied to by the Millworks company and their installer. The person at Millworks assured me repeatedly that one area in my living room would be taken care of ,as far as tuck and roll of a section of carpet. The installer came to my home and stood next to the carpet area that need to be tucked and rolled and assured me that there would be no problem in doing it. But in the midst of the floor being refinished the installers employee said that they had no idea how to tuck and roll carpet. The installer said he'd just refund the money he charged to do it. That's all well and good. But i don't like to be lied to. I could have hired someone who knew what they were doing as far as the carpeting and hardwood. When i called Millworks the person who assured me there would be no problem with the carpet immediately began giving excuses.They have no idea on how to handle carpeting she said..  DON'T LIE TO ME!!  If you should choose Millworks for your flooring make sure that all promises are written down and signed by the Millworks owner.
