Absolutely outstanding. Safe, courteous and conscientious workers, excellent craftsmanship, and very reasonable prices considering the scope of the work and set-up required (a 35 foot scaffold system that was quite impressive on its own). We now have peace of mind and a warm sense of satisfaction. Todd and his crew are the best, hands-down.

Working with the Chimney Doctor was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were prompt, efficient, and meticulous in their work and clean-up. Todd was extremely responsive in all communications. He even went the extra step of videoing the work done when I was out of town, to be sure I understood what had been accomplished and how the final product looked. I would definitely use his services again.

Todd (The Chimney Doctor) performed the chimney inspection when we were first purchasing our house. He was very helpful and provided great information about what needed to be done sooner rather than later. Five years later we decided to bite the bullet and get the top of our chimney rebuilt (The original design was not very durable and several bricks began breaking). Todd came out and talked through the options and told us what he thought would be the best and longest-lasting fix. He was very low pressure and did not try to push the sale. Once we agreed to have the work done, they got started within about a week. The work that Todd's crew did was exceptional and they were very courteous. Since the original brick on our chimney was no longer made, they were able to put in a nice transition from old brick to new brick. They also redid the flashing around the base of the chimney and installed a limestone cap. Throughout the process they showed a high level of attention to detail and made sure everything was done as well as it could be. I have no doubt that the chimney will be trouble free from here on out.

I was selling my house and a home inspection turned up a rusted chimney cap that needed to be replaced.  I tried calling many other chimney service providers, but couldn't get anyone else to come out in the timeframe needed.  Of everyone I called, Todd was the only one who was responsive.  He was able to quickly give me a quote, then have the work done right away.  I appreciated that Todd was upfront that he only used a slightly more expensive stainless steel cap and not galvanized because of the better finished product.  Given the time crunch from the house sale and the fact that our roof and chimney are extremely high, requring extra scaffolding, Todd and his crew did a fantastic job!  I would definitely use them again.

Todd's service is great. I'd purchased this house a year ago and my realtor had recommended The Chimney Doctor to inspect the
chimney and fireplace. At that time, he found a few things that needed repaired and things were taken care of. SInce this was such a harsh winter, I wanted the chimney, flashing, etc. inspected so there would be no surprises.
Todd gave a time from to be at my house between 10:00a.m. and noon. He arrived at the house a little after ten. He was very concientious about my property when he checked out the fireplace.
Todd told me that he thought I could wait a couple of more years to have the chimney checked again.
Overall, this was a very good service provider.

Great to work with! Todd was easy to get a hold of, and came with two other workers to inspect and clean my wood burning fireplace. They were very professional and did a great job. The difference in before and after was truly dramatic.
